Commit and Succeed

*Proverbs 16:3 NLTCommit your actions to the LORD, and your plans will succeed.* Moving forward through life is not an easy process. Doing it without an ever growing relationship with God makes it even harder. This morning I woke and made my normal stroll through the house to get my coffee and journal about what I had learned in my previous day. Although, this particular morning was a bit different, as I walked into my living room, I asked “Alexa” (my digial assistant) to give me some information for my day. After letting me know that today will be cold again, she quoted the verse above from Proverbs 16. Honestly, I never thought I would see the day when an AI bot was inspiring me to commit all my actions to the Lord. But what a great truth to be reminded of at the beginning of a new year. In our crazy,hectic life in the 21 century, it is vital that God be a part of everything we do. He is the God of the details and with His guidence our actions truly will succeed.
